Travelodge Hotels (Asia) Pte. Ltd. is a global hotel brand and management company based in Singapore. We envision to be one of the leading and fastest growing midscale hotel chains in Asia. To date, we are managing more than 4,000 rooms in 6 countries and more than 15 gateway cities across Asia Pacific.

We are looking for an analytical and creative problem solver, Revenue Growth Associate to join Travelodge Hotels Asia global expansion team, based in Seoul, South Korea.

In this role, you will be responsible for online revenue growth strategy iteration for our Korea properties. You will also be accountable for incremental booking conversion by managing Travelodge Korea hotels storefront excellence in all key e-commerce partners. You will be part of the central team who pioneering operation excellence across different online retail channels. You will play a critical role to ensure Travelodge hotels perfect display and desirable presentation within online channels. In day-to-day basis, you will work closely with both Travelodge Korea and Travelodge HQ team in Singapore.

Responsibilities :
  1. Responsible in managing and improving Travelodge Korea hotels positioning and ranking across online or e-commerce channels.
  2. Assisting director in commercial negotiation and follow up of joint-business planning with strategic OTA partners.
  3. Managing daily hotel product content and storefront excellence across all OTA and e-commerce platforms.
  4. Setting up desired promotion across key OTA platforms with clear objective of attaining incremental GOP for each Travelodge Korea hotel, with zero-error culture.
  5. Supporting post-mortem for every promotion and investment made across OTA partners, with ultimate goal of achieving targeted channel mix and profitability.
  6. Auditing 3rd parties pricing to sustain brand price parity level across all e-commerce platforms for Travelodge Korea hotels.
  7. Create weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports of performance and local market insights based on both empirical and data-driven analytical reports to improve hotel revenue performance.
  8. Hunt and suggest continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence and incremental online revenue for each of properties.
  9. Assisting director in making of yearly route-to-market strategy across key online FIT feeder markets.
  10. Performing competitor audit and in-depth analysis cross channel promotion, identify hotel competition and online market demand trends and opportunities.

Requirements :
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a STEM related field from reputable universities.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome. Having prior experience of 2-3 years as merchandiser, or product executive or marketing executive in ecommerce is a big plus.
  3. Bilingual English and Korean is a-must, ability to speak Japanese is a big plus.
  4. Attention to detail with familiarity to hypothesis-led analysis and critical thinking.
  5. Ability of multitasking and comfortable in navigating through ambiguity.
  6. Love rapid experiment to continuously iterate white space opportunity.
  7. Resourceful and possess strong grit to make up for the capability gap.
  8. High integrity and entrepreneurial self-driven ambition to grow business and team.
  9. Strong data analytical skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel. Literacy in data scrumming and analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar is a big plus.
  10. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
