Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our property, responsible for driving hotel revenue. You will actively prospect new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, and showcase our hotel’s unique spaces and services. If you love networking, closing deals, and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site inspections, and market research.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and travel agencies to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed room-night and revenue goals set by management.
- Draft tailored proposals, negotiate contract terms within established guidelines, and finalize bookings.
- Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless execution of group arrivals and events.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and local events to identify new sales angles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles, sales activities, and pipeline tracking in the hotel's CRM.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or event industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver persuasive pitches and negotiate confidently.
- A natural networker who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRMs is highly preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but proven sales track record is valued most.
