Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support to CEO
Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and minute-taking.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
Provide guidance, support, and coordination to ensure seamless workflow within the administrative team.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency in administrative processes.
Communication and Coordination
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication flow within the administrative team and across departments.
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate information dissemination on behalf of the CEO.
Document Management
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation, editing, and proofreading of documents, reports, and presentations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Run household errands as and when needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Valid Class 3 driving license.
