We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to join our Singapore corporate office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting a busy team, and making sure the office runs smoothly. The Office Administrator will handle a mix of administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks — from managing office supplies to arranging lunch runs when needed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and general admin tasks.
- Handle phone calls, courier services, and correspondence.
- Support the corporate team with scheduling, filing, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and basic HR admin support.
- Manage petty cash, invoices, and office supply purchases.
- Help with ad-hoc tasks, errands, and office coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or office support.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
- Positive, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed.
