JOB OVERVIEW: 
We are looking for individuals who would like to grow together with us as we continue to develop our stylish, comfortable, and clean midscale hotels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Maximize revenue opportunities
  • Conduct sales activities aligned with the hotel’s business strategy
  • Manage pricing, room availability, and market segments
  • Collaborate with the corporate and individual hotel commercial teams to drive inventory management, increase direct bookings, and optimize demand across all distribution channels
  • Prospect new clients and manage business negotiations
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others
  • Practical experience in hotel sales operations
  • Professional experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., travel agencies, etc.)
  • The role is in a remote set-up but will be expose to opportunities to meet customers in Tokyo (for sales)
