In line with our continued expansion and strengthening market presence in Korea, we are expanding our Korea Sales team by adding a Sales Manager to further drive revenue growth and support our evolving commercial needs.

JOB OVERVIEW
  • To maximize hotel revenue by selling accommodation, and F&B service
  • To build up hotel best image to public and to local accounts
  • To ensure hotel targets and objectives achieved within Sales &Marketing department
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Responsibilities and means
  • To monitor existing business and inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business
  • To develop and maintain relationship with key and potential accounts.
  • To identify market’s needs and develop the product accordingly.
  • To achieve pre-determined hotel sales targets strategy as outlined as well as ensure the development of increased hotel sales long term.
  • To effectively administer the sales, promotions functions of the department which will include implementation of the marketing, sales activities plan.
 
  1. Administrative responsibilities
  • Do weekly report and schedule.
  • Prepare all necessary collaterals for sales calls, sales blitz and sales trips.
  • Issue, sort and file contracts systematically.
 
  1. Technical responsibilities
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office
  • Good and fluent English in reading, listening, writing and speaking (other languages are preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Degree in Hotel Management or other related fields
  • Preferred minimum 2 years or above of working experience in a sales function preferably in a hospitality or service industry 
  • Positive working attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact well across all levels of staff and external vendors
  • Meticulous, organized and strong multitasking skills
  • Good computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
